At Electricity Bee Ltd, we are committed to providing the highest quality electrical services to our customers while prioritizing their safety.

Scope of Work:

The electrician will perform electrical services as agreed upon, including installations, repairs, inspections, or maintenance work, as specified in the agreed-upon scope of work.

Additional Services:

The electrician specializes in electrical services and does not manage or oversee other trades, such as builders, painters and decorators, or any other subcontractors. If any damage occurs to the premises as a result of carrying out the necessary electrical work, it is the client's responsibility to arrange for the repairs or services required by other trades once the electrical work has been completed. The electrician shall not be held liable for any damages or costs associated with such additional services.

Materials and Equipment:

The electrician will provide all necessary electrical materials, equipment, and tools required to perform the agreed-upon services, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Access to Premises:

The client shall provide the electrician with full access to the premises where the electrical work is to be performed, including any necessary keys or access codes. Any fees or costs associated with parking, permits, or fines incurred during the provision of services shall be the responsibility of the client.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay the electrician the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment terms, including the amount, due date, and accepted payment methods, will be outlined in the agreement.

Changes to the Scope of Work:

Any changes or modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs or fees resulting from such changes will be discussed and documented in a change order, if applicable.

Delays or Rescheduling:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, emergencies, or other unavoidable delays, the electrician reserves the right to reschedule the service appointment. The client will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

Warranty and Liability:

The electrician will perform the services in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. However, the electrician shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the client's misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications to the electrical system after the completion of services. Any warranty provided will be outlined separately, if applicable.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or costs incurred up to the date of termination.

Governing Law:

Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be governed by the laws of England. The parties agree that any legal proceedings or claims shall be exclusively brought in the courts of England, and they consent to the jurisdiction of such courts in relation to any such dispute or claim.
