Call Outs

EICRs

£85 per board and £34 per circuit.

PAT Testing

£1.75 per appliance (pass or fail) - Minimum £70 Charge

Replacing a plug is £24 each if needed or any small repairs if it can be fixed otherwise they should be disposed of responsibly.

Annual Emergency Lighting Testing

3-hour emergency lighting test is as follows:- 3 hours at £70 plus £60 admin charge for report

Total £270

Hopefully all emergency lightings are numbered with its location are already on a spreadsheet for monthly testing if not then an additional charge will be necessary as a one off to record all emergency lighting in the building.

Maintenance

Minimum £70 Charge for callout

Multiply jobs will be charged as follows including materials cost unless if stated otherwise:-

To replace electrical accessories inc a standard white plastic Hager price :- sockets, switches = 46

To replace electrical accessories inc metal clad price :- sockets, switches = 65

To replace extractor fans with an extractor fan price = 78

Replacing an appliance on a tile wall price without the appliance = 73

Replacing Lights without supplying the light fitting = 46

Replacing Lights inc fitting = To be price accordingly to the cost of materials

All other work will be quoted according to the job that needs doing.

Invoices will be issued after each day of work unless the work is being done consecutively over multiple days then it will be weekly or after job/s completed.

Some jobs will require a deposit which will be specified on estimates or quotes.

Also please remember that work being carried out may need a builder or a painter to touch up/fix or repair after any work that requires drilling and or new holes after the original appliance is changed. Additionally, when drilling tiles, although it doesn’t happen often, sometimes they can break and you will need someone to come and fix it, which has not been included in the price of our electrical work. We will use basic filler, silicon, or sealant to block any holes, but more work may be preferred to make it more aesthetically pleasing, so a builder or painter may be required in such cases which we cannot be responsible for.
